YR&T-16: Onion with Vinegar

- ingredients
1. one red onion
2. vinegar

1. cut the onion into small pieces
2. soak the onion with vinegar in a sealed bottle for at least a week
3. eat a few pieces every morning

The vinegar-soaked onion is believed to be particularly good for the health of one's blood system.
