As part of the renowned yangsheng expert Zhu Zongxiang's '3-1-2 Meridian Exercise', 3-point massaging can be performed alone or separately. More specifically, you can finger-press or massage these three meridian points - higu, neiguan and zhushanli (as shown in the following pictures), each for about five minutes, twice every day.
